Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Request a quote and a specialist will price your quantity within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you supply CAD models?

What load can a DualVee guide wheel carry?
Depending on size and material, from under 1 kN up to 132 kN. The Product Selector filters by approximate load.
Are your guides suitable for washdown environments?
Our 400 series stainless and polymer options are rated for caustic washdown. Avoid carbon steel in those applications.
What temperature range do the bearings tolerate?
Standard grease is rated -20 to 80 C. High and low temperature variants extend that range considerably.
Do these need lubrication?
Guide wheels ship pre-greased and sealed. Under normal duty, relubrication is recommended annually.
How do I know when a wheel needs replacing?
Listen for a change in running noise and check for play at the vee. Both indicate the bearing is at end of life.
Can I replace a single wheel or must I change the set?
Single wheels can be replaced, but matching the set is recommended on precision applications to keep preload even.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard components carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defect.
